How Mighty Estimates
Updated: Oct 16
Receiving an inspection report back is worrisome - What did the homeowners not tell you? How many issues in their home have they become so accustomed to that they didn’t think to mention them? How much is all of this going to impact the final price? And, most importantly, how long will it take to close now?
Mighty’s goal is to make closing timelines shorter, more efficient and enable you to spend less time on logistics to focus on the sale (or the client getting cold feet!). To achieve this, we assembled a team of in-house experts that provide regionally-based numbers for items on the inspection report based on tenure and expertise.
As every agent knows, each city and the surrounding areas are different when it comes to overall costs. This is why Mighty’s estimates have always been regionally-based. Every estimate is provided to our customers with prices specific to their address, whether it fluctuates as little as 1-2% or as much as an extra zero on the bottom line.
Mighty’s estimates have always been regionally-based.
Mighty’s numbers are also based on our contracting partners. These partners are licensed, insured, and vetted for quality. This expertise is made up of years of experience in the contracting industry and up-to-date knowledge of the going rate of labor and materials.
Local pros, local prices.
